Real Magic: Theatr Clwyd Heritage Trail

Mod have been working with Theatr Clwyd to design their brand new heritage trail, Real Magic. Real Magic features community voices reflecting on their connection to the theatre as it prepares to reopen after a big capital project. On the trail, audiences are led by Phyl Harris, known mostly at Theatr Clwyd as their very own Panto Dame, as visitors take in various spaces across the building to discover the meaning of Real Magic. Infused with community voices from the past & present; from TV royalty, lifelong visitors to Hollywood actors, all with a story to tell about this beloved venue.

Launched in October 2025 - Real Magic will be open for the foreseeable future for visitors to experience when they visit Theatr Clwyd, from first timers to those well acquainted with the building, there’s something for everyone.
